Plaza Service Week · One plaza, one service week

More support for your tenants. Not more work for your team.

Plaza Service Week brings small cleaning and repair requests from your tenants together into one designated week. Grouping nearby jobs cuts repeated travel and setup, which can mean more competitive quotes — and a practical reason for tenants to handle work they've been putting off. You approve and forward one announcement. We handle the rest.

Plaza Service Week is tenant-paid. Commercial property cleaning is property-paid and quoted separately.

Why it's worth sharing

A better-looking plaza, one storefront at a time.

A shopping center's appearance depends on more than its common areas — clean glass, tidy entrances, and small repairs at each storefront matter too. But small jobs are expensive to book one at a time, so they get put off. Plaza Service Week makes them easier to take care of.

Better economics for tenants

Requests from neighboring businesses are grouped into one service week. Less repeated travel and setup can mean more competitive quotes on small jobs.

A reason to handle postponed work

A set service week gives tenants a timely reason to book the glass cleaning or small repair that wasn’t worth a separate visit.

Very little for your team

Approve the announcement and forward it. Tenants request and pay for their own services, and we take it from there.

Two ways to work with us

Two offers. Two billing models.

Tenant-paid · Optional

Plaza Service Week

One plaza, one designated service week. Tenants request services in advance; we group compatible jobs and coordinate the appointments.

  • Storefront window cleaning, small handyman repairs, and restroom cleaning
  • Each tenant requests, books, and pays for its own services
  • No program fee to management

Handyman repairs: not a licensed contractor.

Property-paid · Quoted per job

Commercial Property Cleaning

Cleaning that property management requests and pays for, quoted individually.

  • Vacant suites and storefronts. Between tenants, before leasing showings, before a new tenant moves in, or after a tenant vacates. We quote each space after reviewing its size and condition.
  • Common areas. Shared restrooms, common hallways, building entrances, and other applicable shared spaces.
  • One-time property cleaning. After routine maintenance work or minor repairs, or before an inspection or showing.

Not offered: construction cleanup, hazardous waste removal, carpet extraction, or floor restoration.

Plaza Service Week

Small cleaning and repair jobs may cost less when your neighbors book too.

Clean Standard is organizing a service week for businesses at [plaza name], [proposed dates]. When several businesses request similar services, we group the appointments, cut down on repeated travel and setup, and may be able to quote less than a separate service visit would cost.

Available services

  • Storefront window cleaning
  • Small handyman repairs — caulking, loose fixtures, minor paint touch-ups
  • Restroom cleaning

Have a small job you've been putting off because it wasn't worth a separate service call? This could be a good opportunity to get it taken care of.

Participation is optional and there's no obligation to book. Dates are confirmed with each business. Handyman work is limited to small jobs within applicable scope and licensing limits. Not a licensed contractor.

FAQ

Cost, vendors, and access.

Does this cost property management anything?

Not for Plaza Service Week. Tenants pay for the services they request, and there is no program fee to management. Commercial property cleaning, which management requests and pays for, is quoted separately.

Will tenants definitely pay less?

Not necessarily. Quotes depend on the work requested and how many compatible jobs we can group at your plaza. Every tenant sees its price before booking.

Can you clean a vacant suite before a showing or move-in?

Yes, as a property-paid job. Vacant spaces vary a lot, so we quote each one individually after reviewing its size and condition.

Do we need to provide tenant contact information?

No. You forward the announcement, and tenants who are interested contact us directly.

Who do tenants contact if there is a problem?

Clean Standard. We are the direct point of contact for participating tenants — quotes, scheduling, and any service-related follow-up.

What about property access and vendor requirements?

Service at your property follows your access, vendor, and insurance requirements — tenant-paid work does not bypass them. If documentation or approvals are needed before work begins, we handle them through your normal process.

Will this interfere with our existing vendors?

It is intended to complement them. Plaza Service Week covers services tenants choose for their own spaces, and your existing vendor contracts stay as they are.

Can we start with one property?

Yes — we prefer it. There is no portfolio-wide commitment.

What areas do you serve?
